Delight in the beauty of the macabre. Skulls have a distinct role to play in Damien Hirst’s world, portraying his obsession with the inevitability of human mortality. The original, covered in platinum and set with 8,601 diamonds and a 52.4 carat pink diamond on the forehead, broke all records to become the most expensive contemporary artwork in the world. Produced in an edition of 1,000, each print is signed and numbered by the artist.
