Delight in the beauty of the macabre. Skulls have a distinct role to play in Damien Hirst’s world, portraying his obsession with the inevitability of human mortality. For the Love of God is a replica of the skull of a 35-year-old man from the 13th century. The original, covered in platinum and set with 8,601 diamonds and a 52.4 carat pink diamond on the forehead, fetched a hefty asking price of $100 million. Produced in an edition of 1,000, each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

  • Silkscreen print with diamond dust
  • Framed 25.75" H x 20" W
