Refund policy
Returns
You may return any full-price merchandise purchase from The Shop at The Broad for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items that are returned for a refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on limited edition or on sale merchandise. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment and may take up to 7 business days to be fully processed.
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please send us an email message at shoporders@thebroad.org within the 14 day window, and include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
