Art and hip-hop history come together in this bandana featuring Jean-Michel Basquiat’s artwork for Beat Bop (1983).

Basquiat produced and financed the influential hip-hop record himself, creating its now-recognizable cover artwork and releasing just 500 original pressings through his Tartown label. Here, imagery from the work is arranged across lightweight cotton voile with a graphic border, translating a piece of Basquiat’s musical history into something made to wear.
